Our Product&Engineering department representing about 60 collaborators of multiple specialties (Software engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Data engineers, ML engineers...).
Integrated in small teams called "Swarm" working in Agile methods, each one dedicated to a product theme, each one is led to reflect and contribute to the improvement and innovation of the product and its technical base.
Each week you can meet by specialty (Guild Front,Guild Back..) to exchange together and share your work in progress, your technical monitoring also.
