Greenly was founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud with one mission: make carbon management as essential as financial management.
Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting, proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120. Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease â supported at every step by our in-house climate experts.

Youâll join Greenlyâs Brand & Creative Studio, a small, fast-moving team working at the intersection of AI, storytelling, and design.

đ± About the role
Weâre looking for an AI Content Creator who is both system architect and hands-on creative producer. Youâll stabilize our current workflows, industrialize AI-assisted production, and increase speed, quality, and adoption across teams. Youâll ensure that every piece of content â from sales videos to customer assets â is traceable, consistent, and genuinely useful.

đ Typical week: 60% workflow design & testing, 40% production & coordination
In your first months, you will:
- Take over and stabilize existing content workflows (video, editing, transcription, repurposing) âïž
- Audit and rationalize existing assets to rebuild trust and usability
- Turn experimental formats into repeatable AI-assisted production systems đ
- Build prompt libraries, templates, and format presets for standardized, high-quality creation
- Deliver a first set of high-impact assets across Sales, Brand, AM, Product, and Media (e.g., client interviews, ROI assets, creative tools, renewal support content, technical guides) đŻ
You will drive:
- A single source of truth for templates, calculators, and content libraries
- Clear ownership and update rules for all assets đ§
- Cross-team alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Measurement of adoption, ROI, and impact of each asset đ
- A culture of focus: operationalizing before switching to new projects
What success looks like in your first year:
- You fully take over and expand the creative scope đ±
- You build at least two content factories (e.g., video + data story pipelines)
- You reduce time-to-produce by 30â50% while improving quality đ
- You increase trust, consistency, and cross-team adoption
- You may begin supervising additional creators or automation specialists đ
đ± Skills to succeed
Youâll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in media, creative studios, editorial, or brand environments
- Have built or operated scalable content systems before đ§©
- Are a creative systems thinker â both strategic and hands-on (video, script, visual, editing)
- Are comfortable with AI tools and workflow documentation đ€
- Know how to lead cross-team rituals and build alignment
- Fluent in English and French đŁïž
Youâre likely familiar with:
- GPT / prompting
- Video generation & editing (HeyGen, Captions, Arcads, Synthesia, Premiere, DaVinci) đïž
- Visual design & motion tools (Krea, Lovable, Figma, Canva)
- Notion & workflow design
